Fulham & Chelsea College is licensed by the UK government under Tier 4 of the Points Based visa system, as a Grade 'A' College.
This enables the College to sponsor overseas students who require a student visa in order to study a full-time, approved and accredited course in London.
How to receive Sponsorship under Tier 4
To be able to travel to the United Kingdom as a student, or if you are already here and want to apply to extend your permission to stay, you must pass a points-based assessment and score a compulsory 40 points:
-
30 points for a visa letter from a licensed educational sponsor; and
-
10 points if you can show (and have documents to prove as needed) you have enough money for your course fees and monthly living expenses (known as maintenance).
To obtain a sponsorship letter you must be accepted on one of our courses. You will then be asked to pay your first years' course fees and then show you have additional maintenance funds for your first nine months in the UK. See table. Candidates who are unable to score 40 points will not be eligible for sponsorship.
Compulsory Maintenance Funds
Maintenance funds must be proven by providing the following documents: personal bank or building society statements; building society passbook; letter from a bank; letter from a regulated financial institution confirming funds |
|
or loan will be released to you when you get your visa; letter of official financial or government sponsorship.
